I have had only good experiences with with Dr Hedaya. He is always friendly and kind as he takes his time to listen to my issues.

The customer service with his assistant Bockman is awful. She takes forever to respond and nothing happens when you go her supervisor. Dr. Heydaya gets an F as a good doctor after two decades of tolerating his cold nature demeanor. He undiagnosed me with no referrals (or maybe Ms. Bockman didn’t care to follow-up). It’s a long story... But after my experience I would not recommend this practice.
