This dr office is terrible. The receptionist is rude. I’ve been calling this office for a month now never answer the phone . Had me hold for a hour when they did answer. I asked for immunization records and was told to wait 24 hours but then I never received a call saying they were ready . Unprofessional asshell

We have nothing but good things to say about the care that we've received by Dr. Proctor and staff. Our son has been a patient at this office since shortly after he was born and we've received the best care from Dr. Proctor. The favorite part of our visit is watching Dr. Proctor interact with our son and receiving the handouts with milestone information and tips to keep in mind until the next visit. We love Kidcare!
The lady at the reception is extremely rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills. Does not seem to be happy with her job. Ask one question and she will treat you as if she was the one paying you. Also here, they give a bunch of people the same appointment time and when you show up you will have to wait for at list 45 minutes. People who arrive late will be seen before you who are on time. THIS IS MY LAST VISIT HERE.
Was Tired Of Going To Hughes Spaulding & Seeing Different Doctors For My 6Month Old Daughter And Decided On Kidcare Pediatrics. Yesterday Was Our First Visit W. Doctor Bentley And The Experience Was Better Than I’ve Ever Had. Dr.Bentle Is Out New Go-To !
We’ve been taking my daughter to this doctor since her very first Dr appt. I was skeptical at first because growing up in that area I know it’s not the best but it’s close to home, I’m glad I chose this location. And Dr. Bentley is the BEST! Our daughter loves her just as we do. It’s very clean on the inside, the staff is nice, usually there isn’t a long wait but lately has been because their system is “down” according to the lady at the front desk. But other than that I love it and wouldn’t choose any other dr.
