I'm so saddened by the reviews of this property. I had hoped that I finally found an apartment suitable and affordable for me. However, the many reviews that all say the same thing are very off-putting. Also as it looks, the only positive reviews seem to be all entered around the same time (10 months from today), yet the reviews before and after are not so positive. That alone raises a red flag for me. Idk, to the owners and property managers...DO BETTER. It's a shame that people pay their hard earned money just to not feel peace in their own homes.

Lived here for a long time, seen many managers but this team is the best! They care, maintenance fix the problems with in 24hrs, they have emergency on call, on line payments which is great when I’m working out of town. Very spacious apartments with huge closets and private patios. They host resident’s monthly events and are updating the property and amenities. Have a huge indoor basketball court, soccer court and gym to mention a few. Very easy access to major highways like I-85, I-285, I-75 and GA-400 and best of all, Buford Highway with a diverse array of restaurants, shopping and Marta. The prices are very affordable for what you get.
Management here is great at making sure your needs/concerns are met in a timely manner. There is typically always someone available to help with whatever you need and they are great at trying to work things out to where everyone can be happy. There is tons of diversity in this part of Atlanta and this complex has tons of different cultures and families. You aren't too far from Downtown and there is tons of attractions and restaurants in the area with authentic food.
Been living here with my sister for a long time! I love the property very cleaned and professional! Love the office staff team. Maintenance very accurate with doing the requests in the unit. Highly recommend this property!!
