I needed some inexpensive moving boxes. All the places I had gone for free ones didn't have any because of the rain. They were placed right out where you could find them. The self check put associate was so nice I wish I had her name, but this was in the Edgewood shopping district.

I ordered three small items for curbside pickup at 3:30. They all were in-stock online when I ordered them. Two were supposed to be available that day, and one a week later. I called at 7 to ask if I could pick up the two without the third being available, and no one answered the curbside pickup line. Customer service just told me it’s not ready if I didn’t get a notification. At 7:30, the two items I expected to pick up that day were canceled... the next morning the last one was canceled. Don’t offer this service online if you can’t do it. I have been trying so hard to always choose Lowe’s over Home Depot, but poor service like this makes it impossible.

Placed an order online and have to wait more than 29 minutes for someone to find an order in receiving she just shrugged and said come back .. umm no that's inconvenient. She didn't care. I also NEVER got my order, they couldn't find it. Go elsewhere.
