We loved living here for a year. Although we did not get the live the TRUE midtown experience with COVID and all, we loved having our little safe haven of an apartment at Nine15. Stephen was amazing- super helpful with the moving in process. From there, all of the staff from the leasing agents to the concierge to the security staff were great. We just bought a home but would have loved to renew our lease there if we had the chance!

In July I moved to Alta from a building nearby. After searching for a place twice, Alta comes out on top. Fantastic amenities (the pool is my favorite), friendly and attentive staff, walkable neighborhood close to everything, and awesome views. The unit is great too. I love my whole-wall window, quartz countertops and stainless appliances, huge bathroom and closet, sizeable balcony, *gas* stove, and front load washer/dryer.

I am writing to bring to your attention the outstanding service and hospitality of your employee Ms. Shayla Henderson. I recently relocated to Midtown after living in Buckhead for the past ten years. After being referred to the Nine15 by a Lincoln Property employee, I made a call and was very lucky to get Ms. Shayla Henderson to answer the call. Shayla was eager, very polite, and assured me she would do her best to find my dream apartment in Midtown. After describing what I was looking for, a high floor with amazing views, Shayla narrowed my search to two units and made my decision/search very simple and easy. Ms. Henderson scored two hits for the company. She made the customer happy, and she promoted the company’s goals and objectives. It is not often that you find an employee with such an initiative. I congratulate Lincoln Property and Nine15 Management and Team: Kris Business Manager ( Phenomenal) Stephen Asst. Manager (Awesome) Lea Sales (Remarkable) On whatever training and motivation programs you have in place. As a manager myself, I know the value of training, but you never really know if it works until your people get out in front of the customer. Then you hold your breath, and wait, and watch, and listen, and hope. In this case, Shayla came through successfully. Please pass on the appropriate acknowledgments to Shayla for a job well done. Sincerely, R.Payne

Read this before you decided to commit to this \luxury apartment\. I lived on the 21st floor along with my partner, we were the first people on our level and staid through the buildings change in ownership (Alta Midtown to 915). While the building was new everything seemed ok, but the build quality of the apartments did not take long to show. The roof of our penthouse leaked six times and had to be patched and painted, Our air conditioning unit stopped working and needed to be replaced (2 months waiting), the sink handle in the kitchen broke three times, and the sink in the bathroom literally fell off. Additionally, we had three of our cars broken into, management's solution was telling us to leave the car's unlocked! While we loved some of the employes we were disappointed in the overall service provided. Every time I would walk into the courtyard I would have to walk around piles of dog fecal matter and plug my nose. Building management simply didn't do their part in taking care of the property, If you decide to look at the building please check the grills and see if they have been fixed, or that the water fountain in the courtyard is even working! If you are looking to live in the low rise, be warned that the elevator shaft will always smell like trash because the building garbage dump is right beside it and if you walk from the courtyard into the parking deck you will often have to jump over pee from dogs who couldn't quite make it outside. Overall I could write an entire essay on the reasons why you would not want to be apart of this place, but if you choose to stay you will probably find out. ;) We paid almost 10k a month to live in a college dorm, atleast there was a good view.
