There may be larger or perhaps fancier kitchen and bathroom supply shops in Atlanta, but that doesn’t necessarily make them better. It’s not what’s on display that makes a difference, it’s how the organization operates as a whole – and from that perspective I don’t believe a more accomplished and professional team exists in Metro Atlanta. In my view, PDI is the at the top of the list. They continually update the products they maintain in their showroom – evolving along with our city’s tempo and style. Walk in and you’re surrounded with state-of-the-art look and feel, from traditional to contemporary. And if there’s something specific you might be interested in that isn’t in the showroom, they’ll do the leg-work and investigate it for you. If it’s available at all, they’ll find it for you and they’ll always quote the best-possible price while they’re at it. When they say it will be delivered, it will be delivered. Any damaged or broken components are immediately replaced without question, without additional cost and without delay (in my experience, that is a rarity). Beyond the products themselves, the staff is knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to do business with. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Beth Moon on one of our first visits to PDI-Midtown. We were about to completely remodel the only bathroom in our 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo, and Beth worked with us to find precisely the right combination of products for our vanity, mirror, shower, sink and toilet. The final result is a perfect match for our vision, and it all works together in one continuous, harmonious flow. We cannot imagine having achieved this without Beth’s help and PDI’s support. We could not be more pleased and will continue to recommend PDI and Beth Moon with high-praise every chance we get. If you want it done right – call PDI and ask to speak with Beth.

I had a fantastic experience with Shari at PDI. She helped me on a project for a house flip I was working on. Super knowledgeable and provided info and selections for plumbing fixtures/companies I didn't know existed. She's also helped me with projects in my own personal home. I've recommended her to others, and would continue to do so. The showroom is also top notch. Definitely worth a visit! Ask for Shari!
