My sister has been in the hospital for 4 days and today is her birthday. I had an order scheduled for delivery today but received an email, not even a call, from notifying me they would not attempt delivery because she is in an 'overflow' room, rather than a private room. After thirty minutes of pleading on the phone, I cancelled the order and decided to find a local florist directly. I live three hours away in the Bay Area, so had no idea who to call.

My brother used this florist due location. He has use them 3 times and most of time he ordered Truly Stunning Bouquet type But in reality, i received not even close to ordered. He ordered for me when I was in hospital, when i was going through chemotherapy so i didn’t want him to know quality . The bouquets were full lilies , and greenery with half already dead. The only star is that they did notify about delivery . I would absolutely not use the company. As they used not fresh flowers, absolutely do not know what to put together, but most importantly arrangement is definitely not look on the website. Update: the owner called me and apologized. She refunded the money and send small apology arrangement which was pretty. I did suggest not to use strong smelling flowers and so many when sending to someone sick . Because of apology; i will absolutely change my review.
