I am a what you call SHARE BRANCH banker. I have used this branch since 2013... here you don’t get treated the same as a “Pinnacle member” If you are not a local branch member you can’t go through the drive through (makes no sense cause you see and hear everyone’s social and personal information from the window when you end up coming inside ) note to the patrons : the desk tellers also run the window/ drive-up service, so although it’s a hastily , and the operations are ran poorly, just go inside, or you might as well be the teller for the day. Also Ms. Harriett , ms Harriet is a hit or miss based on her mood that day.... please control your temperament, we all have everyday situations we face but be consistent that is all I ask when I am banking

I normally don’t right reviews, but today I just had to share my experience. I absolutely love Candace!! She has excellent customer service. She was very patient and so very helpful! I haven’t had this type of service in a long time. I came in with a smile and left with a bigger one. Great Job Candace!!!
Matt Cook at Pinnacle is the best by far. He made the loan process efficient and simple. He was very encouraging, constantly checking on me and where I was at in getting my information in, and after my purchase, he was very positive about my forthcoming journey. My experience isn't very good. I had more than 9 unauthorized CashApp transactions on my account. I was told to contact Fraud Prevention. I contacted them on November 7,2020. They refunded monies for 4 transactions. It is November 30th and I still didn't receive a card. I have missed two pay days and services that come out of my accounts have cancelled and or penalized me for no access to account information. And one of these is the IRS, another is my life insurance policy, software for my computer, just to name 3. I haven't had CashApp in almost 2years and when I did , I was sent a request, I would deny or accept it, none of this ever happened. I don't have CashApp!!! And now I still don't have a ATM card and no card # to give to my creditors.
