Food was great (destination dining, flavorful, large portions for the price) and overall the service was friendly and proactive. They also enjoyed creating a festive Friday night atmosphere by tossing stacks of cocktail napkins into the air like confetti during the entertainment, but some of the napkins landed on my drink and dinner. This also didn't seem green and the napkins on the floor created a safety slipping hazard.

Very good! Had the chicken Santorini. Delicious! Red bell pepper and frat appetizer was also great. Staff was friendly and masked. Would highly recommend!

The food tasted amazing but for the price I was expecting the quality and service to be better. I had a Groupon that was specifically for Valentines day and way past the group quota that they would not accept, I overheard other custermers having the same problem and saying that this was not the first time. I ordered the lamb kebabs and although tasty almost every piece of meat on the skewer had a sizable amount of gristle that was very uncomfortable to chew and then spit out in a public setting.

Were looking for a Sunday night dinner spot, and was combing the Dining Out passbook. Taverna was in there. Menu looked good so we went. Wasn't crowded at all. Meal was very good. Started with the hummus and the Spanakopitakia, which were excellent. I had the rainbow trout which was very good and flavorful. Cream sauce was amazing. Wife had the creamy Tuscan chicken, but said it was a little bland. Might go back. Belly dancers weren't working that night. Have to go Friday or Saturday night for that now, due to COVID.

My wife and I visited tonight for our first time. Authentic saganaki, falafel that’s crunchy outside, but tender and smooth inside. We had the beef kabobs- tender, lean, seasoned and cooked perfectly. The ambience of the dining room, softly lit with Edison bulbs on pendant lights. We will definitely be back!
