Great facility and helpful staff

Very difficult to find (which is good for a data center), but it's not a very clean facility. They are huge on connectivity, boasting 25% of the southeastern US web traffic. Staff is a little fast-paced, and don't always take the amount of time with you that's necessary. Parking is a nightmare in this area.
