I recently moved out of The George but really enjoyed my time there. The leasing office, especially Margot, were always friendly, professional and responsive. The maintenance team was equally as great. I never waited more than 24 hours for anything to be taken care of and nothing had to be fixed twice. Thanks for an enjoyable year!

I love it! Management is great, very communicative and responsive. Security seems to be taken seriously here. I love that the elevators are secured and there's no keypad at the gate so you don't have to worry about codes being shared and random people having access to your door/vehicle. There's also on site security, pretty big guys too lol.

I am currently a resident. Since I’ve moved in my water bills have been 100. Recently it has gotten to be 195. Management recently changed. Prior we were under think utilities. Mind you I’ve never received a paper bill for last service month(s) with think utilities. I’ve lived in apartments in Atlanta(Fulton county) for 6 years with 4 people in my household and my water bill has never been more than 150. I have two people including myself and both of us work full time jobs and my water bill equates to a full household. The assistant manager told me to contact the utilities. Upon contact they let me know they can not assist in any way because they no longer invoice for the property. They advised to take it up with property management. Upon doing so the same assistant manager told me he can not credit my account, nothing he can do. It is not my fault as a resident management has changed. So I’m supposed to pay excessive bills upon force due to not wanting to get evicted!? This is CRAZY. Rent is already excessive for a 850 or less square foot two bedroom apartment. There is already NO SPACE but I sucked it up and been paying. But I will not pay a bill I know is incorrect. And instead of being helpful he starts talking about other residents with 300-400 bills. That is a big concern that residents are paying that much for water!! My water bills have been more than my electricity bills. Corporate needs to be in contact because I know I am NOT THE ONLY RESIDENT WITH THIS CONCERN. If you are thinking about moving DONT DO IT. It’s not worth it. I was going to leave my bad review upon move out but “management” has irritated my soul much earlier than expected. Also, this community was rushed. Poor paint jobs, poor fixtures, miniature closet space. The platform across the street gives more way more space for the same damn price! And they get more amenities! By the way, previous management was very pleasant.
