I give up on bbq here, its always an issue with and the taste is average. I asked the lady for the 2 for 29 and my bill is 42 Im like how can that be and she explained upcharges and i explained i didnt order any upcharges and it was a issue the week before. Im not cheap but i dont throw money away euther cant wait to get back to Ohio and pull out my grill.

Saw the sign, walked in, got to grubbing. Food was lined up ready to go, order up and they plate the hot and ready bbq goodness there for ya. Nice mannerly people who seem to enjoy the work. Got the rib-tibs with grits and mac-n-cheese. Grits are probably the best I've had traveling the country and the mac and cheese was just the way I like it, cheezy. Bbq ribs were tender but not sloppy and the tangy sauce was quite good. Hope you are hungry going in. Maybe next time I'll try the catfish or fresh fried pork chop.

It’s like they are not even trying anymore. Charbroiled wings looked char boiled. No flavor to anything. Extremely disappointed as to the quality of the food. Last couple times I’ve ordered it keeps getting worse. Do better, for the price you are charging it definitely should be better.

To-Go customer service is horrible. First and foremost, you phone line should have a priority ring especially during slow business hours/times. I’ve sat through 10-12 rings just for there to be no answer multiple times. Then when I finally get an answer an hour later I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes and left to hear what was going on in the background (which prompted me to hang up since i’ve been forgotten and call back) now that i’ve been calling back it’s saying “This wireless customer isn’t available “ I’ll be giving my business to OLG instead.
