Authentically U Tamekas Corner

Great customer service. They actually had my package and brought it swiftly. They had a good/easy protocol to handle COVID. All employees had on mask and required mask from the customers. No more than 2 people in the trailer at a time. The agent assisted me with all my questions, not just the reason I was there today. Very helpful. Signage/directions could have been better and more clear.

UPS customer service center is a very small office with limited customer facing space situated near UPS distributed center and difficult to figure out where exactly it is. Customer center have only 2 chairs for customers and it is less spacious. Service is good, they help to resolve queries and doubts and also find out your packages. You could send and collect packages from the center. It have good parking space. No water or restroom facility for customer.
