I called from out-of-state to place an order, and I was impressed from the get-go. They were friendly on the phone, super patient with my indecisiveness, and then delivered a PHENOMENAL bouquet. And, to top it off, they were SO SWEET to email me a picture of the flowers so I could see what they put together. Truly, based on my experience, I could not recommend them more. 12/10, would order again :D

Floral Matters is my FAVORITE florist in Atlanta. Jeanna listens to what my needs are, makes great suggestions that match my recipient and designs the most beautiful arrangements I've seen in the area. They are also convenient and will deliver. Floral Matters is awesome! I ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday in January and it was beautiful. You could tell Jeanna was careful to make sure that the blooms were very fresh because it lasted for so long. My mom loved the arrangement. The transaction was seamless and the price competitive. Also, I know the owner because she lives in my neighborhood and she has an amazing heart—always generously contributing to group gatherings and looking out for her neighbors—in case you’re looking to spend your money somewhere it will support a good person in addition to buying a stunning arrangement!

Time has escaped me and this review is long overdue. Back in July, my husband’s family and I planned an 80th birthday dinner for my MIL from NY. Since I am not originally from ATL, I initially selected a florist based on proximity to the restaurant, online reviews and pictures. Upon my initial phone call to Your Floral Matters, I knew we were in the right hands. Jeanna was wonderful and very easy to deal with. She properly executed my wishes for centerpieces and votive candles for the dinner table as well as loose flowers for me to decorate the birthday cake. The transaction was seamless; ending with a text from her confirming delivery and pictures. I highly recommend!
