Attention all managers at the store all workers in all customers. you guys got to get your work your stuff together over here. The food is good because it's Zaxby's. I just went to the drive-thru and it was 20 cars in front of me. Why would you sit in line as a as a customer. And how could you ask management continue to have Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday after Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday to see that you can make all this money but you do not have enough workers to keep up with your customers. Attention all people ordering food from the store and expecting people to pick it up and bring it to their house anytime after 6:00 p.m. . You must be out of your mind. My suggestion Zaxby's. Open up another store right next to that store please.

Every drive-thru trip takes about 20-30 minutes from the time you get in line. This Zaxby's gets business out the wazoo and somehow manages to stay understaffed. The staff are 3 stars- they get the job done and the food is quality, but I never see a smile or receive a \hello\ when I pull up to the window. I grew up in an area where our Zaxby's was outstanding, and this doesn't come close.

Most of the time this place gets most things right. Drive-Thru can be slow. The Bleu Zalad with Buffalo chicken and bleu Cheese dressing is a good choice.

Didnt get exactly what I ordered. Not the first time that's happened here. Still, far better tenders than most fast food chicken places.
