Great place for small reunions since the HOA only allows about 14 people to stay even though more can easily stay. House was great for entertaining and barbecuing. Theater sound system was not fully functional and the pool table (advertised) was no where to be found. Heated pool and jacuzzi was not heated at all and it looks like this has been an ongoing problem. To see that the management already knew about it and still have not fixed it shows their lack of maintenance and skills and only care to hook people into renting under false pretenses. I will submit a report the Better Business Bureau.
