Went to 3 Auburn bike shops looking for a ebike for my wife. Atown bikes was the only shop that seems to want our business. Duke was wonderful taking the time and listening, yes listening, to my wife needs and concerns about ebikes. We highly recommend Atown bikes.

Great place, great people reasonably priced and quick service. I took my bike in on a Saturday morning for tire and brake repairs, I picked it up About and hour later and was back on the trails with the family. Honestly, no need to go any where else! Quick honest and reasonable !! Thank you Atown bikes !!! We had a great day !

Excellent family operated bike shop. Great prices and service, also good deals on new / used bikes. I recently purchased a riser seat post from them at a great price which also included an installation. Duke and Christy are very knowledgeable on all the latest ( and older ) bike technology, I always learn something new from talking with them.

Went to 4 other bike shops looking for an e-bike when I happened to step into Atown. They gave me great advice with no pressure to buy. I ended up purchasing there and Duke assembled it ahead of schedule. Had a great experience with them. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for years. Came in to get my bike today and when I got there nobody was wearing a mask. The pandemic would be over in 3 months if people obeyed the state mandate. No excuse. Taking my business elsewhere. No regard for the safety of others during this difficult time. The disrespect from the woman behind the counter is inexcusable. Poor customer service. Stay safe.
