I have to pay a pet fee every single month for anyone who visits me with a pet and fill out a form for their pet even though it’s not mine. They also told me it was a warning, but it wasn’t because I was given one week to fill out the form and have the charge added to my account. The foundation and paint is terrible because they were built extremely quickly. & they have hardly any guest parking. The tow truck guy almost ran my friend over when we went out side to go move our car that had hazard lights on. Overall it’s just been a terrible experience here and very expensive for what it is.

This company is building the new cottage style apartments behind my house in Auburn, AL. In December of 2018, my house and my neighbors house flooded because of improper handling of water runoff from their construction site. They were warned 3 or 4 times prior to this event and their fix was throwing hay in the yard. My bathroom was unusable for over a week before they fixed it. One of my neighbors moved out from the damage. The other neighbor was put in a hotel for a month and came home to half finished work and this company refused to pay their rent for the month they were in the hotel. They constantly violate city code by working before 7am and past 7pm. Not to mention the road in front of the units is destroyed. No one is ever directing traffic so I've almost been hit by a dump trucks, a skid steer, and a few other vehicles. The site super seems extremely nice to your face, but then talks to his buddies when he doesn't think you're listening. Like how he knows what he did was wrong and now he's just trying to avoid a lawsuit. I'm renting my property, but had I been the owner this company would be seeing me in court. I doubt their buildings will still be standing in 5 years. It's all just a fancy facade covering up a multitude of building code violations.
