I recently had surround speakers, and a new TV installed in my home by Terry of AVS. The experience of meeting Terry, hearing what he could do with my existing system, what I needed to upgrade to make my system better were all on point. Once everything was completed, the clean up made the area better than when he started! His knowledge was immense and his workmanship impeccable. He was diligent in his work, and being precise on what he charged in installation. I never got the feeling I was being sold something that I didn't need. Once I plugged in to try out the new sound, I got hooked and started playing movies I had just to re-experience them with the new surround sound. It was incredible, and I was very happy to have called AVS.

I have worked with several stereo stores for high end stereo systems but I have never been met with the level of passion I found from the folks here at Audio Video Systems in Loomis, CA. I have worked with Terry and his team on every project since meeting him. He is very skilled and passionate about his industry. His control engineer engineer Laci is capabe of setting up some pretty sufisticated and highly custom control options on these large remotes. When she is done the remote operastes everything I am willing to pay for automation on. She added custom icons to the screens to make life easy for guests in the home etc.. They explained something about a babysitter test ie: any should be able to pickl up th remote and operaste system.. makes sense. The showroom is unreal, the service is one of a kind. You will get a big enough to handle it yet small enough to care feeling. It is obvious they are not amatures and they have performed R&D on all products showcased and so on.. Forget the Paradyme's or Best Buy Commercial, if you are serious about stereo systems, home theaters, cameras etc.. Give Terry Foose and AVS a shot. Just schedule an appointment, they will do the rest. I am a client of theirs forever so please tell them you read my review. ( I will expect a deal next project ) oh speaking of next project,.. Terry will keep in touch with you, sending emails with deals on products or services he thinks you may like. He will allow you to upgrade eqwuipment and he buys back your old (nearly new) stuff keeping me up to date and constantly protected ny manufacturers warranties which they address quickly and diligently.
