We’ve had so many positive experiences with Rainbow Play Systems. I’ve worked with Mike on 3 different occasions. We bought our first playground through Rainbow Play Systems and after 14 years needed warranty work done. Mike helped make that process very simple and replaced any pieces of wood that were rotten. We moved to another home and bought another playground. Once again, we were very pleased. Mike has helped us with another slide project, bending over backwards to make things right . We’ve enjoyed working with this great company and appreciate the great customer service they offered! I’m a lifelong fan!
I recently purchased an in-ground basketball system from this company and paid for installation. Installation #1 was done incredibly poorly (only 4 bags of concrete when installation guide says 10) and I called back to request that it be re-installed. To his credit the owner said they would come out and fix it - sadly, that’s about the only good thing I can say about the customer service, because it was completely absent from that point forward. When the crew came out to take down the goal I noticed concrete was only poured on the front side of the post. Fast forward to installation #2 and after re-setting the anchor I asked if the installer made sure it was level. He told me he forgot his level. Fortunately I had one and upon checking I noticed it wasn’t level in any direction. Had I not been there for quality control installation #2 would have resulted in a pole leaning forward and sideways. “We” were able to correct it and the installation was finally finished a week later. The pole shakes more than it should but I now have 11 bags of concrete in the ground (all of which was dry-poured and not mixed) and I’m tired of dealing with this company. We were happy to support a locally owned business and they do offer quality products; however, customer service is extremely poor post-purchase and the installation service wouldn’t be good value even if it were free.

Awesome service. Extremely helpful in guiding me to the best Rainbow playset for my grandson and my budget. They made the entire selection and purchase process super easy. Installation was incredible. I paid extra to have the old huge play system taken down and removed. This is our second Rainbiw system. We left the 11year old system behind at our previous home. The new buyers wanted it. It looked great after 11 years. Rainbow systems are not cheap but they are super sturdy and appropriate for any age. The big box swing sets aren't even in the same quality, sturdiness and durability ballpark as Rainbow. I'm super impressed with this company and I'm 2 hours drive away from them. Other companies can learn about great customer service from these people. Highly recommend them.
We love our Great Outdoors Playset. Bought a Fiesta Clubhouse Playset in January when my grand daughter was only 1 1/2 years old. Installation was quick and easy. Grand daughter now 2 yrs old and is able to climb the stairs by herself to get to the slide. She even wants to sit in the adult swing and can swing there with help. Mike at Rainbow Playsets in Augusta is our local sales and support contact. He has been great at answering questions and supplying new items that we add to the set. GREAT PRODUCT THST SHOULD LAST 20 yrs.

My kids range from 2 to 15 and we replaced a cheap swing set almost every year, so came to look at something sturdy, heavy, and that will last, and we were impressed with the product from Rainbow Play Systems, and more so the knowledgeable sales persons and the installation. It was a big purchase because we chose the biggest set, but everything went really well. Install team worked till late to finish the job and we are beyond happy and satisfied. P.S. Soon going back for Basketball Goal and Trampoline for Christmas!
