It sucks, waste of money
like
Great for civilian clothes, terrible with uniforms. Despite being provided with detailed, printed instructions and images, they ruined a brand new uniform coat. Would not bring professional clothing here, likely won't bring any other clothing here. EDIT: Garment was 'fixed' free of charge. Good customer service and great quality work, just don't bother bringing your uniforms in. Changed from 1 to 3 stars.
I moved to Augusta from NY city, where i had the perfect seamstress. Finally thought i had landed something with Kim —brought a new/unworn pair of jeans for alteration. over charged me 25 for single item. Not only did she take it in too much but when I asked for it to be taken out she argued saying she wouldn’t. Knowing she had done a poor job she finally agreed but then never did!! i picked up the jeans and they were the unchanged (still “overtaken” in). Never will come again! I miss NYC
