Employees ignored us when we went up to order. They were pretty rude. Too busy talking with the mall security guard.
No wonder it says hiring smiling faces.. not a single worker behind the counter smiled.. they were rude as hell and had me repeat myself because they werent paying attention.. They need a whole new staff who care about their jobs more than their attitude.
Awful experience!! If I could rate it zero stars I would!! I asked if I could get a hot dog pretzel and they said no we can’t make that. it was 5:00 they closed at 6????? So why couldn’t they make it? Get some new employees.
They have horrible customer service!! We ordered the original pretzel nuggets and they were LOADED with salt! We tried eating them but it tasted like chlorine from a pool. Then, we went up to go get new ones with no salt on them and that’s where the horrible service played in. They were being really crabby when we asked for new ones and NEVER gave us them. Ended up throwing them away... waste of 8 dollars.
