I have been calling since probably early or mid December, because I have a question and I also want to make an appointment to get tested for my drivers license. No body has answered. What is the point of being open or having the phone number on their google page if they aren’t going to answer.

UNLIKE THEIR GOOGLE INFORMATION, ALL DMV FACILITES ARE CLOSED UNTIL 12/08/2020.

3 hour wait time in cold weather. Couldn't even sign properly because my hands were numb. Most of this should be doable online. I'm sure everyone there is trying there best but after waitinting in line since 7am and not getting in the building till 10:45am that hardly means anything to be honest.

Got there at 7 am today to get a new license and new plates as I had ones from a different state. I was able to get the license around 8:45. They then sent me to a different line to get my plates/title/registration. This is a much shorter line. I was done with that around 940ish. They do a good job considering the circumstances. Just be prepared to wait.

Terrible experience! Rude customer service while waiting for hours to get into the DMV. Then was publicly shamed for misunderstanding the reps clear words of ew applicant with no drivers license in no other state?\. How about some signs or patience? I know it may seem annoying to these reps to repeat the same thing daily but remember most everyone coming here is coming here for the first time or for something new and with very little information.
