If I could give a zero I would...I placed an order to be picked up today, 11/24, because the girl told me they wouldn’t be open on the 25th for the holiday...I paid in advance and never received a call or notification of any changes...I came to pick up the order today and this was on the door. I better get a refund and this is horrible customer service! Horrible! I tried to call multiple times, but the call gets disconnected immediately, so no way to leave a message either. I understand when places are closed with everything going on with COVID, however, not notifying people who are expecting to pick up orders is completely unacceptable...period. I will be reporting this.
