I'm a service member and my schedule was quite improvised being deployed and trying to run a business. Diana was super helpful, kind and understanding as my timeframe kept changing. I was very worried KCT would become frustrated and I would lose the loan. Diana truly was a friend and helped me while I was on base. I couldn't be more thankful and more impressed. KCT really cares about their clients! I'm grateful for Diane's help and understanding through it all.
