Completely void of ANY customer service here. I have bought 1000’s of here and donate to them just about every month. The ONE time I buy some thing that doesn’t work I cannot trade it for some thing else! I know this is your policy but maybe you can ask ‘are you a loyalty member’ and look at my account and see how many things I’ve bought over and over and over. And they told me there’s a coupon for 20% off from when I have donated over and over. I’ve never seen this coupon. I have bought over and over and never received one of these coupons off, I’ve only ever received the normal promotion that’s happening. Again there’s other solutions than just being a hard a and being a complete butt when you’ve got a loyalty customer standing in front of you!!

I only recently learned of this place. I love what they stand for. Great pricing and they have way more stuff than I would have imagined. I bought all new matching lighting fixtures for the second floor of my house. I just love them.

This is the place u need to go to before u go to Home Depot or Lowe’s or menards. U will save hundreds of dollars. I got my new outlet covers here for a 1 each. And a snow shower for 6. And a dresser and a high top chair for my kitchen for less than 85. I’m so happy.
