My husband and I were extremely impressed with their covid vaccine methodology! They got us and so many other people in and out of the facility within twenty minutes. The line looked long but it was constantly moving at a fairly fast pace. Great job nursing and volunteer staff!

Asked to show up at 3:30 for a 4:00 appointment and don't see the doctor until after 5. And what's with the HIPPA violation making people tell them at the door what you're there for?

The curb-side covid testers don't take STOP for an answer. The demon-woman *shoved* the swab in at a wrong angle and my nose bleed for the better part of 90 minutes.

UCHealth Burn unit is best. They are seriously my heroes.

They know they are "the best game in town" and they will hold that over your head as they charge you for everything under the sun and refuse to listen to you as a patient and as someone who has lived with their chronic illness for over 30 years. I had the worst inpatient experience of my life here, and there are still things documented in my chart that are actual lies, and things I never said even though I have asked for support and to have it removed, my PCP told me to "talk to a patient representative. My hospital stay was longer than it needed to be because the medial students refused to try things in an attempt to prove me wrong. As soon as the attending was off call, any plans that were made were completely disregarded. Nurses made snarky comments, and I was not even asked if I wanted to bathe in over four days. It is terrifying to me that this is where individuals with complex needs are directed as it is the opposite of patient centered. As long as you have insurance you'll get in the door, but don't expect to be respected or listened to. This hospital makes me regret even moving to Colorado.
