Your guys brought me home from 2 days in the hospital during the 2021 Deep Freeze. They brought me into a house that had not had electricity for 4 days and was 42 degrees inside. They were kind enough to bring all my firewood inside from my deck, let me start the fire and light my gas stove before leaving. I have 2 artificial hips and one had been dislocated. While it was a brutal night, I do not think I would have lived through it without the help of your driver and technician. Thank you so much.

Booked Acadian Ambulance stretcher transport to take my 81 year old bed-ridden brother to Seton Northwest for day surgery, a 7 mile trip. Was assured at booking when I prepaid 593.16 that ambulance would arrive at his assisted living facility at 5:00am to be at hospital at required 5:30 am for pre-op procedures. When they didn't show up, I called dispatch 3 times to be told \they would be there in 20 minutes.\ Ambulance arrived at 7:00 am and ambulance crew told me that they didn't even come to work until 6:00 am. When I called dispatch, I was asked if I wanted to file a complaint. Gave them my number to be called. Haven't heard from them yet.

Stay away from this company. Small communities especially stay away from this company. Contract with anyone else. Their business practice amounts to loan sharking. They do not return calls, do not answer questions honestly, and are shoddily run. Pick any other ambulance service.

I am a hospice caregiver of 25 years, my client was being released from Seton Williamson and we needed her to go home by stretcher. Michelle Ortiz and Tara Bennett arrived early, engaged my client, hospital staff and were very pleasant. I highly recommend this company and these gals. Thanks again!

This company's negligence almost got my father killed not once, but TWICE. Left him alone, suitcase in hand, after respite on a county road. Thankfully a neighbor found him! UNFORGIVABLE!
