Called four times for assistance and never had a returned call. Condition got worst still no call. No email. Is this a way to treat a patient? Shows she is accepting new ones, how about taking care of her old ones. I verified she is there. I get the feeling if you are not in the box of specialty she want to treat, you do not count. Perhaps time to find new dr that cares

I have heard the Dr. is great. I personally can not figure that out for myself, because my significant other has yet to have a scheduled appointment. This review is for the front office staff. I have called various times the past three weeks to schedule my significant other’s appointment. His availability to schedule his own appointment is limited throughout the day. I have not received a single call back to schedule his appointment. Every time a call I’m immediately put on hold for 5-20 mins and I eventually hang up. Today I FINALLY got through to them when told I could not schedule his appointment because it is a HIPAA violation. Which is a completely false statement, as my intentions are only to schedule his appointment not ask for his medical information. The lady on the phone ( I believe her name is Desiree) was very rudely telling me this, and I corrected her because I too am in the medical field as front desk. I then proceeded to tell her that that is incorrect I’m only trying to schedule his appointment. Well that went in a circle with her as she was rudely answering that is is still HIPAA. I then said he’s been playing phone tag with her and no one seems to be returning our calls. She very sarcastically said “Well that’s funny because I just left him a voicemail.” I admit I blew up and started yelling at her, as anyone in my situation would do. I do not think someone having a life threatening disorder is a “Funny” matter. This is the most disgusting and absurd customer service I have EVER received. This behavior is so unacceptable. If you’re looking for a neurologist, PLEASE look elsewhere. It’s practically impossible to get an appointment, and the customer service is clearly not valued. This is one of a few instances at this office.
