I'm absolutely shocked that this office refused to see my 4-year old son after he had been diagnosed by their own hospital with a partially collapsed lung. There are no words to describe how a parent feels about the life or death of their child. They expected us to wait a month for an appointment even though he's been in their emergency room already. If they're understaffed, they need to fix themselves. A month is simply too long to wait when a child's life is at stake.
