Very easy to book services online on tight timeline. Andy came out to inspect a house I am under contract on and did a very thorough job. After going through the house with a fine toothed comb, he walked me through every issue he found and offered reasonable order of priorities that would need to be fixed. He worked with us to get the report written on our short timeline, too. I'd recommend Andy and API to anyone looking for a home inspection in Austin. Thanks Andy!

Outstanding company! Quickly booked, super thorough and good price. The owner, Gary Hart, is a prince of a man with TONS of experience and runs a tightly run ship. I was able to book within days and Gary did my termite inspection along with his co-worker Adam. Adam did a GREAT job on my inspection and together the 'bad' results helped me avoid buying a lemon of a house!! both of them stayed in the blazing heat for 30 minutes or more patiently going though the results afterwards also.
We used Austin Property Inspections before moving into our new home and at 11 month inspection. We could not be happier with how thorough their inspections are. We highly recommend working with them.
