Very pleased with Jimmy's care. He is always clean and shaved. He likes the food. His room is always clean and aides are friendly and helpful.
My grandmother was at this facility for 2 years and love and care deteriorated to horrible at the end. She was transferred to a worse facility, due to her dementia, without my mom's knowledge yesterday. We would work and visit her 5 out of the 7 days just to make sure she was safe and taken care of. They changed her meds all the time and seems she gotten worse due to medication. For them to throw her away like trash is horrible. Do not send loved ones here as the weekends are worse where they wouldn't eat until Now some nurses aids cared but not the Director of nurses or the social workers. They should be shame for not having an exit plan for residents, we're filing complaints.

This is the third week in a row I've picked up my mom and the facility smells really bad. My mom's room seemed it hadn't been clean since I cleaned it on Wednesday w hen I visited her for lunch. Smells ike coffee and urine..i asked the nurse will it be cleaned and she said it should be today. This disturbs me as I am the only child that helps and I need their help but do not want my mom here. I love the nurses as it seems they take care of her but the cleanliness and upkeep is horrible.
