Patient, friendly, and non-pressured sales. Drew(and Lex some) showed me nearly all their electric bikes in stock. Very nice guys.. when I'm ready I'm definitely going here to purchase an e-bike. I bought a used single speed bicycle from them many years ago and that's how I remembered to come back to see what they have now electric wise.
