Cannot say enough great things about Keith. I called to schedule an inspection on a home I am purchasing, hoping to get it finished sooner than later as we are on a bit of a time crunch. Keith took my call at 10am and was at the house by 11:30am to do the inspection on the home, guest home, pool and hot tub, etc. He communicated so well, was incredibly kind and gracious and did an amazing job on the inspection and the report. I saved his phone number so that I can recommend him to everyone. Do not waste your time searching for a home inspection company when you can absolutely count on Careful Home Inspections.

I recommend Careful Home Inspections highly! Buying a home is so stressful but meeting with Keith today made the process easier. Keith is thorough, willing to explain as he pointed out key items, and patient, answering any questions I had. His report was exceptional!! He was straightforward with what his inspection included and his recommendations aided in making my final decision. It was a treat to speak with Cliff as well. He was up front and honest about the fees and walked me through their online scheduling process.
He was very thorough, friendly, and took the time to show me and explain issues that popped up. Also took the time to answer my questions about how major the issue is, how long I have before needing replacing, etc....just overall good quality work.
