This location is very convenient and being open until 8:00PM was perfect for my situation. It was after 5:00PM and I needed immediate care from a physician which did not require a visit to the hospital ER. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating to my personal health needs. The entire staff is very professional, kind, and efficient. I am always nervous visiting any doctor, the health team was very patient and understanding from assisting me with registering on my phone ( I don’t know this gentleman’s name but he was very helpful) to answering all of my health questions. The medical assistant who took my vitals was very sweet. Lisa, Physicians Assistant, performed a thorough exam and went above and beyond to meet my needs. My visit was complete within an hour. There was only one person who was waiting when I arrived. I highly recommend this facility to meet your immediate general health care emergency needs.

Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time trying to get in... I checked in online at 11am and selected the option to show up “After 7:00pm”. They were supposed to text me when it was my time to come in, but they never did. I called at 3:12pm, 6:13pm, and 7:47pm and no one ever answered the phone. I showed up three minutes after close at 8:03pm to see what was going on and the lights were off and lobby cleared out as if they closed hours ago.
I was blessed to be able to walk-in and be seen in like the amount of time it took me to check in and pay my fee. From the staff at the front desk to the doctor I was given amazing care. Mary Grace saw me and she was thorough, professional and har excellent bedside manners. I’d highly recommend this location.
I came from out of town for a covid test. The staff was super helpful and I was in and out in less than an hour!
Probably one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. The facilities were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. And the staff were friendly and accommodating. Wayne was helpful with patient intake, payment processing, and providing pharmacy information. Jackson was very friendly and accommodating. Amy was quick and informative in her diagnosis. Overall I’m satisfied. In and out in about an hour.
