Take so long to send prescription... left the clinic at 1pm and went to HEB thinking that it was ready for me to pick up at 3:47. Waited in a long line for them to tell me at the pharmacy there was nothing for me to pick up. They haven’t even send my sons prescription to the HEB pharmacy!!!!!! My son needs his medication SAP he has an itch and swelling on his hands and hive all over his body thank you very much carousel for helping my son to get his meds. When they could if just gave it to me to drop it off

So the past 3 days we have been in and out of different doctors offices having test ran on my son because his jaundice levels keep rising, even though they aren't at high risk levels his primary care doctor is concerned because they keep rising when they shouldn't be, so yesterday his doctors office was closed but they told us to come to a different location to have more blood work done to see if his levels got higher and we get there and this doctor didn't even look at him before telling us she isn't testing him because she isn't concerned about his past test results.. Then she literally refused to test him at all and had the worst attitude and said she didn't care how we felt and if 3 other doctors were concerned and wanted testing because she wasn't. Her name was Nina something. She was so horrible to us and to be honest I couldn't believe how she talked to us. Ill definitely be reporting her.

If you can avoid it, do NOT take your child to this location. My appointment was at 2:20 and the visit still wasn’t not finished by 4:00 pm. The physician Assistant prescribed my son an antibiotic for his strep throat that gives him explosive diarrhea (he’s allergic to penicillin so options are limited) , which I had no knowledge of prior to picking it up from the pharmacy that night. I thought, no problem I’ll just call and ask the PA for a different prescription in the morning. When I called the assistant answered and I told her the problem and she said she’ll call me back. When she did she said the PA has declined your request because all the antibiotics medication will give him diarrhea, but if it gets really bad we can come back and she’ll prescribe him something else..... which goes to show she is NOT concerned about the health of her patients, but she’s concerned about the money they bring in. Please save your time and your money.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There’s absolutely no need to schedule a appointment to be seen because your playing the WAIT game! When asked why we’re still waiting a HOUR and 20 minutes and still haven’t been seen they say “first come first serve” so then it’s forget the ones that schedules appointments RIGHT come out to ask a question to the assistants or whatever they want to be considered and they googling “Cruise Trips” instead of helping to speed up services!
