AWESOME is the word that comes to mind. I had a pair of boots that needed relatively minor but necessary attention. The local shop advised it would take four to six weeks, or more. I contacted Cobblers Direct, filled out a simple form, paid the fee (very reasonable) for the repairs and prepaid shipping. Within a week or so, the boots were shipped, repaired (better than new) and returned to my front door. Before the repairs were made, I was contacted by phone to verify what I wanted done. The representative was pleasant and helpful. If my experience could have been any better, I don't know how.

I showed Jordan my shoes creases in a Zoom consultation, he promised he would make the creases a lot less visible, however, nothing changes after I received the shoes back, I contacted him for a refund, he refused. A company makes false promise and takes no responsibility regarding their quality of work.
On a friend's recommendation, I sent my son’s boot to have a zipper put in so that he can proudly wear a real pair of cowboy boots for the first time with his prosthetic since becoming an amputee 3 years ago. Living in another state, I was worried about service, quality and whether or not it was going to turn out as expected. It was so easy to go online, check off what needed to be done, pay and print out a shipping label! It was extremely easy and after speaking with the folks over the phone and confirming everything that needed to be done, we knew we had nothing to worry about! We couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt service and professionalism that this company carries! His boot arrived by FedEx quickly! We will CERTAINLY be using them again! His alligator boots look awesome! Thank you over and over!
I was very impressed with this service. Although I live in NYC, I found it difficult to find a trustworthy cobbler to stretch my shoes that were too tight. I couldn't return them and decided to send them to Cobblers Direct. The price was more than fair with easy to following shipping instructions. I got a follow-up call to affirm what I needed. I received my shoes back promptly, ready to wear. The only issue is that I sent the original shoe box which I didn't get back. No big deal because it's about the shoes, not the box. I will definitely use and recommend Cobblers Direct for all my shoe needs.
This was my first time getting shoes resoled and the entire process was very easy and the results are amazing! They even repaired damaged to the shoe itself at no extra charge and the quality of work in general was way beyond my expectations. I am very happy with the turn around speed and just overall experience. This will be my go to for all future shoe resoling's!!

So impressed with this company. I sent four pairs of dress shoes in for a variety of repairs. The work was very well done. The most impressive repair was a tear in the toe of a pair of driving mocs that they patched so perfectly that you can't even tell there was any damage. Better than new. Highly recommend this company. The prices were very reasonable too.
