Everybody with any observation skills at all notices there's a que for being served. The quality of the work and staff is as good as any others in town and the prices are the lowest. No same day service though

While the selection for eyewear is great, it gets crazy busy in there, and you should expect to wait at least half an hour to be helped. The staff doesn't seem to value your time, or appreciate the fact that the wait time is long. Perhaps they are understaffed, however the line is longer than one at the dmv. It's a great value, but the customer service is seriously lacking (they also forget to call when your eyewear is ready). I seriously dislike having to deal with them, however it's hard to ignore the value.
