We have been living here for over a year and we really like living here! The team at the Leasing office is always happy and willing to help when we have any questions or concerns. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy residents and we are so glad we renewed our lease! Whenever we have any maintenance requests, they are very quick to come to our unit to fix them and they are always very pleasant. So happy to call Commons at Good night home :)

I would never rent here after seeing how they treat our government employees. I had an appointment with the leasing office and when I was in there, a person from the Census was being very professional and trying to speak with someone about whether certain units were occupied and the property manager came out of her office and started yelling at this poor girl! Seeing how they treat our essential workers just trying to make a living, I want nothing to do with this place! At the end of the day, I want my money to contribute towards a business that treats everyone with respect, leasing or not. GoodBYE Commons!
Been here a month now and the experience has been mostly exceptional. A few minor complaints but nothing to lose sleep over. Such as the over flowing trash containers but I think that's chalked up to people being stuck at home more often. An additional container would be helpful IMO. Onion Creek Park is just out the back gate and there's plenty of sidewalks throughout Goodnight that can be used to bike, run, etc. The environment is very family friendly, people leave each other alone and kids are often out enjoying themselves. There is plenty of shopping and groceries/home goods available just a few minutes down Slaughter so trips into the city aren't necessary for every need. Pricing is borderline acceptable, but that might change as our area develops further and sees increased demand.

No help at all. My car was broken into and when i called the office about their cameras they told me their cameras dont even work. So yall have them there for decorations basically. Yall been open for 2yrs and no cameras work. The security did nothing. This is my first apartment and my experience has not been good living here
