Travis Semora is by far the best property inspector I have ever met. I am in the home repair industry and look at several inspection reports per week from other inspection companies. I came across one of Travis’ reports from one of my customers and knew right away he would be my inspector when I needed one. Since I have been purchasing real estate over the last three years I have always used Travis. I am amazed at his knowledge of all the individual industries and trades that go into home construction. He inspects every inch of the property and goes the extra mile to make sure his work and reports are complete and accurate. Pictures and terminology are easy to understand as well as detail oriented. Travis is a huge asset to the industry and contributes more than I can express. Thank you so much!
