Never! Terrible customer service by the office staff. Sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes waiting for some sample meds. No one ever came out. I called and sat on hold for 10 more minutes and left. Will never go back to this Dr.

The staff was rude, the appointment was rushed, and they do not take kindly to questions or call backs for clarifications. This is not how a medical establishment should operate. Don’t go here.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Raymond as my neurologist for 3 years when I lived in Austin. Her bedside manner and amount she truly cared about my well being is something I had never experienced before and I haven't experienced since. I wish every doctor was as phenomenal as Dr. Raymond. She's certainly one of the good ones. I've definitely considered driving from Dallas to Austin simply to keep her as my neurologist.

Highly recommending this place , i was seen by Travis and Dr Raymonds, both of them very caring, and takes there time to listen, everyone very nice , front desk , and medical assistant.

Dr. Raymond was nice enough but I felt super rushed at our appointment . The staff was rude and unhelpful - I thought maybe it was just a bad day, but it happened on multiple occasions. I had trouble with my insurance for the appointments and they refused to help me figure anything out with the billing. I also had to ask/call 3 times to get a copy of my receipt. It was a stressful time with lots of doctor appointments and they were very unsympathetic and outright rude several times (and not just to me - I noticed it in the office as well towards an elderly patient). I rarely write reviews but it was ridiculous how much trouble I had with this place!

I saw Dr. Raymond one time, then saw Annette the rest. Annette was great, but apparently has since left the practice. The front desk staff has always been rude. I recently noticed I was out of refills on my migraine med and when I called the office to make an appt they were booked weeks out. I was going to run out of my RX before they could get me in. They refused to give me a partial refill to get me through. It's a migraine preventative, not an abusable medication. The medical assistant I spoke with was extremely rude and insensitive. She told me I should find a new doctor or go to the ER every time I get a migraine. I asked her if the doctor knows how she talks to patients and she claimed Dr. Raymond was standing right there. When I asked to speak to the doctor she told me no, that she was on her way out. I took her advice and found a new doctor. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone after that experience. I wish I knew which practice Annette went to because I would definitely follow her.
