Mom's eyeglasses broke this afternoon and we were pretty sure they might not be repairable. We decided to give Myron a shot at fixing. Sure enough, Myron got the frames fixed. Equally importantly, Myron was full of information about who he'd recommend for an eye exam, both optometrists and ophthalmologists. Mom also found some new frames to try for when she gets new glasses. I found a perfect pair of reasonably priced sunglasses that fit over my prescription glasses -- and that still look stylish. In other words, this is quite possibly the best optical shop in town for frames, knowledge, and service.

I wandered in here with a pair of broken frames. The owner comes walking around the corner with the biggest smile and a few terrible dad jokes. He fixed my frames in minutes ans made my day. This store is run by a true gem of Austin. I will come from across town to buy my next set of frames here.
