Had my disposal go out during this winter weather, tried to fix it my self and broke one of the pipes called Reliant to see if they had any openings. I was able to get in thankfully. Danielle was very sweet on the phone and provided us with how their appointments work. She kept me posted throughout the day on expected times honestly great customer service super impressed. Jason O was the plumber who arrived, he was on time in a face mask and boot covers. He was so knowledgeable, and helpful. He is quick at what he does but spent time making sure his work was done correctly by testing everything. Honestly, this company impressed me from the phone call but followed through with the work their plumbers do. They are now my go-to plumber!!! Thanks, Reliant, and team !!!

Called on Reliant Plumbing Austin for several water leaks. Jason Heck was beyond exceptional in getting the leaks repaired. They were no easy tasks as the PEX water line leaks were in the walls and attic. Jason was very knowledgeable and his professionalism convinced me I had made the right call. Jason was very prompt and his expertise got the water leaks resolved. Beyond excellent service, Jason is a polite and truly nice guy. And this goes beyond this 5 star rating.
After the big freeze, Corey showed up ready to help. He helped us diagnose the issue and what the fix would be. We were so happy Reliant was so easy to work with and they kept in regular contact up until Corey pulled in the driveway.

Reliant Plumbing is a total scam. Nothing against their worker Ryan. He was quick and did the job in a timely manner. However I feel that they totally price gauged me. They took a total of 7 minutes to change a small 10 dollar 1/ 2inch flexible pipe. It was 7:30 at night and I was pressed for time to get my kids to sleep and get to work. I didn't want to leave my pregnant wife with my two kids in the house alone as I went to work. I agreed to the price of 529 dollars and had no choice. I figured I would discuss with their customer service in the morning to try and clarify this price as I didn't have time to fix this issue before work; The girl that answered the phone and spoke with me was obnoxious and rude. I explained to her in a calm fashion what happened and asked her to explain the bill... She could not explain their rate, nor how he arrived at the price. She cut me off and did not let me explain. myself. She yelled and stated it was called convenience, convenience, convenience. I feel that they looked a my house and neighborhood and made the price based on what they think we could afford and not what it should cost. Very disappointed with them and would definitely not recommend them. She hung up on me and would not let me explain any further. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
