Thanks Dr. Sara Austin, I have severe shoulder and wrist pain and was referred to Dr. Sara to do the electromyogram (EMG) test. She was observing another practice doctor who ended up doing the test for me with my consent. So she was not the one doing the test but was watching carefully the test throughout. She was professional, thoughtful, and perfectionist (she made sure that before I leave, I understood what I have and when she wanted to send my rheumatologist a note and could not locate my doctor's contact online, she went a head and wrote me a letter and handed it to me so that I can give it to my doctor) , that was an extra step I have never experienced from a provider before, but if you are perfectionist that's what you do, (never leave anything to chances). I like that about her and I totally trust the result.

My mother was refereed to Dr. Sara for some nerve complications that she has been having since her back surgery! Part of the nerve issue was causing her not to remember some details in her day. Dr. Sara's office at some point during the day yesterday called my mom to set up an appointment for her to come back today. She never remember setting up the appointment and instead of giving her a call to remind her, the call her to tell her they are going to charge her 50.00 for the missed appointment! Really the whole reason she was seeing this s***** a** doctor was for her to fix the problem. instead is trying to charge her for a missed appointment caused by the issue and on top of that told her it wasn't their problem that she couldn't remember! YOUR COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!

I didnt want to go to the dr today but was referred by my spine surgeon. She is amazing. I totally loved her. She spent time with me and ask questions and is genuinly a wonderful person and doctor. I would recomend her to anyone. Simply awesome. Very comfortable. I felt I had known her for years just that feeling of comfort. If you go see her I dont know how you could not think she is an Excellent medical provider and very caring. Thank you for a wonderful experience and working with me to find out what is going on with my body.
