I came in for a total knee replacement. The staff at ATX orthopedics has been exceptional. They’ve answered all my questions. It’s like they look forward to hear from me when I call. Dr. Gallagher‘s bedside manner is awesome. I live out of town all of our appointments have been virtual the meetings have been on time I have not had to wait on them. Dr. Gallagher and his staff were awesome. I felt really cared for and \heard\. My visit reminded me doctors visits when I was younger and felt like \a real doctor's office\. Everyone there was part of a cohiesive team. It's unnerving for me to go to other huge medical providers where sometimes the person answering the phone is not even in the same building or city. This was completely different. The front staff were great, the nurse who did my intake was sharp and attentive (you rock Jessica!). Dr. Gallagher took his time with me and I never felt rushed. They have a x-ray machine in the office and we figured out what was going on with my hip right away. He explained everything to me both in technical terms and layman's terms and answered all my questions. This is the place to go if you feel nervous about doctors, or if you are wanting a relaxed environment to take your parents where they can get hands on attention. Or if you like to have lots of information about your medical care, or if you like to have that small office vibe in general. So cool to see this kinda practice still exist!

Everyone was nice and helpful. I got a hip replacement. Definitely will go back to Dr Gallagher for other hip replacement. Loved the Pinnacle Surgery Center too. The receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr Gallagher we’re all amazing! This was my first surgery at age 60. Hoping to get the other hip done during spring break in March, I work at a school.
