I agree with all the negative reviews for this Dr. I regret so much not reading reviews on him, I should've never gone to see Dr Sridhar Reddy. If I could give him a negative start I would or no stars at all. I went in to the ER because my left upper stomach kept hurting for a while now, they did not find anything so they told me to get an endoscopy done and they recommended Dr Reddy. I had an endoscopy done with this Dr. and never even came once to see me and explain to me before or after the procedure. Now I have been having issues with my stomach and throat that I had never had before till after I had the endoscopy done. Another thing that really bother me about this Dr is that he wanted me to make another appointment for him to give the results of my procedures instead of just calling me over the phone, when I finally went to the appointment I felt like I had to be asking all the questions to get the answers of my results. He diagnosed me with a Hiatal hernia, gastritis and inflammation of the stomach. Did I get any medication or explanations for what I had? NOPE!! nothing at all. Do not recommend this Dr at all.

If I could give this doctor a negative star I would. A family member of mine had cancer few years back. Due to the extensive radiation to the throat, he now has trouble swallowing. We went in to see Dr. Reddy to set up surgery to have throat dilated. During the consult he never asked questions..he never did a physical exam...and from the outcome it is evident that he didn't read about his past history and struggles with the cancer that has returned. We went in for surgery. He came out and informed us that my brother stopped breathing during procedure but they were able to get him back and that he also saw a tumor on his throat. Then he went back in to tend to my brother. He later came out dressed and ready to leave for the day..coffee in hand. Informed us that we needed to come up with a plan when we were able to talk with my brother. A plan for what...we had no idea what we were dealing with. He said he would come back later and check on my brother after he had time to recover. He never did. He also later informed us that my brother stopped breathing from the anesthesia and wasn't able to use camera down the throat therefore couldn't do the dilating procedure. But yet the first time he came out he told us that he seen a tumor in his throat. Which is it???? After he got in recovery room he was spitting up huge amounts of blood which tells us he did go down his throat. So we may never know what happened that day but we sure have a pretty good idea. Had he did his research before hand he would have known my brothers situation and life saving measures wouldn't have been needed. Did he ever follow up and check on my brother? We have yet to hear from him. Will never use him and will make sure nobody we know goes to this doctor. We are blessed to still have my brother!
I have been suffering with chronic stomach issues for number of years. After a couple of visits, Dr.Reddy was able to diagnose my problem and went above and beyond to make sure that I received the medication that I needed.
My particular experience with Dr. Reddy and his staff was entirely positive. Yes it is true that his office does not have the glitzy ambiance of the uptown dr's but it does the job. As for a bit of waiting it is perfectly acceptable since a Dr. worth is salt is not a Burger King drive through worker. I went in for a colonoscopy and endoscopy consult and all went well and quickly. His nurse was competent and helpful. They are people and people just reflect what you project. Our endoscopy scheduling went smooth, we arrived and were treated well at the surgery center. The procedure went exactly as the described it and when I came out a full report was waiting for me. I was then released after recovering and all was to my satisfaction. Thank you Dr. Reddy for being one of only a handful of physicians who cares enough and is not a money grubbing businessman. Well done.
Dr. Reddy had been my gastro for a couple of years now, my condition was under control until a couple of weeks ago. I ended in the hospital for over a week. I saw Dr. Reddy yesterday for a follow up visit. He was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns not to mention started me on new treatment. Maria was also wonderful. She knew I was nervous and talked to me and reassured me that I was going to be ok and in great hands. They both were very attentive, informative, pleasant and even filled out my documentation for work. I'm really grateful and wouldn't change or trust anyone else with my care. Thanks for your excellent service.
