A one star is too much. I do not recommend this place. Do not trust them to tell you what to do in regards to changing times. We were charged for 3 rides plus tip when we signed up for 2 of course. We were told how to change a pickup time, followed their directions then THEY did not follow through so we were charged and they had the audacity to take another 20% tip. We complained and it took them 29 days and many calls from us to get this straightened out. We never thought a company that is here to please their customers would even think of taking our money when they know they were wrong..no I do not recommend this company..headaches over and beyond..taking advantage will never get anybody anywhere!

I had used this service many times. However one of its drivers, Khalid #824 miss read a text and information I sent him. Said he would pick me up and never showed. After repeatedly phoning and texting him I had to drive myself to the airport so I would not miss my flight. His total lack of respect for me and my needs as well as charging me for a return ride I never received and had to have it removed from my credit card. It has been a complete disaster and extremely stressful to deal with him. I will never trust this driver again and am reluctant to use this service until I hear rom the management.
