Darren was great! He provided a very thorough and detailed inspection of the condo I'm purchasing. He was able to answer a ton of questions I had and made me feel confident in the property based on his inspection. He sounded his concerns with the place but also provided assurance and potential solutions for certain problems. He seems extremely knowledgeable and skilled at his job. On top of everything, he was able to meet the morning after Thanksgiving! This was really helpful for me as I was looking to close my purchase ASAP. Highly recommend Darren as his report was the most thorough report I've seen, and he got it to us so quickly (later that evening). He used thermal cameras to assess electrical and HVAC components. I felt much more confident in purchasing this home after reading over his report. He pointed out the areas of concern, and let us know when issues were not a big deal. Well worth the money you'll spend!
