They are very organized. Leading up to my surgery date, they prepped me on what to expect and how to have the best outcome while in their care. Everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was left unsaid. Surgery went well and my care there was awesome. The nurses and staff tended to me and kept me comfortable. Discharges sometimes can take a long time, but I was able to go home in a timely manner the next day. I'd recommend this program to anyone!

They took very good care of me. I did not have very much pain. It was not as hard as I imagined it would be. I don't want to say it was easy, but it definitely was not hard. They made sure I was taken care of before, during, and after the procedure.

The staff at the Bariatric Center were knowledgeable and extremely professional. They also demonstrated a sincere caring and were always available to answer any questions. If you are considering having bariatric surgery this group is outstanding.

The check in process was smooth. There has been small billing confusions due to paying the surgeon in advance and still working to reconcile that but the care I received was first rate. They were very helpful concerning pain levels and very clear about plan to move and heal following surgery. I would highly recommend St. David's for overall healthcare

Staff was very professional at all times and I always felt like I was taken care of. Checked upon frequently, which after surgery it is something that you appreciate a lot. The one thing that I did not understand was the extreme urgency in \kicking\ me out of the hospital on discharge day (for a lack of a better term). The lead nurse, I believe that is the title, came in to my room early that day with a couple of nurses next to her and discussed with them, not with me, that I was already ready to leave like right away, she did not even bothered to ask what were my plans to go home, which essentially meant someone was picking me up later, not the next minute. I did ask, politely, if I could stay until I was picked up but the answer was no. All the nurses and staff were rushing to get me out of there ASAP and that did not feel quite right. Perhaps it is standard procedure and I am not use to it or perhaps due to the ongoing pandemic challenges it is better to reduce risks to patients... I don't know... I guess it just felt awful to be treated like a \shipping product\ on discharge. Other than that, everything else was good!
