Ursula (the manager at this location) was very accommodating in getting me in on short notice when she was booked up. The tech that did the work was thorough and did a good job. No issues whatsoever here. Would come back again and use these guys without hesitation. Recommended for drivers looking for a location to have work done.

I came in for an APU issue. I was taken care of thoroughly and the level of customer service was beyond reproach! I will definitely come back for service here. I had a very simple solution that I'm quite embarrassed over however the explanation behind the repair brought further understanding of what was wrong. The techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm glad I stopped by and got back on the road in a couple of hours.
This is a review for one of their employees Ursula. She has really gone out of her way and done above and beyond in customer service. She has been a delight to work with with an ongoing issue. Thermo king is lucky to have her and she is a role model for what customer should be.
I called explained my issue to Ursula, she informed me to bring my truck up their, and she could get me in. Very friendly and professional, shop is a little small but had my issue resolved! Thank you for the great service!
